Coins quoted
in stocks, not ETH
Pons can run a bonding curve in a stock token instead of ETH. Quoted launches coins that way: buyers pay in NVDA or SPY, the curve holds the stock, and the creator fee arrives in the same stock. Every coin gets a desk that splits what arrives 80 / 20 between the creator and the treasury, and the treasury turns its fifth into $QUOTED sent to the dead address.
Launch a coin
Pick the stock it is quoted in. The Pons launch fee is the only ETH involved

Quote sheet
What a trade on a stock-quoted curve costs and where it goes, priced with the live Chainlink feeds. Pick a coin and a trade size.
Desk
The fee recipient of the selected coin. Anyone can sweep the curve and collect; the split happens in the same call.
Treasury
Holds the treasury's fifth in stock and ETH. It can sell up to a fifth of a stock for ETH through the recorded Uniswap V3 pool, and spend up to 0.5 ETH per call on $QUOTED sent to 0x…dEaD. No withdraw.
Activity
last 24 hours, from event logsProof
Three contracts. The launcher's stock list is fixed at deployment. A desk can only split. The treasury can only sell a stock for ETH and buy $QUOTED for the dead address. The guardian can rotate the treasury for future coins with a 48 hour notice and nothing else.
